3. Newsletter / Email Delivery (Kit/ConvertKit)
If you sign up for the Weekly Reset Planner or our newsletter, we use a double opt-in process: you first receive a confirmation email, and only after confirming are you added to our recipient list. 4. Coming Soon Notification (Netlify Forms)
If you sign up on our Coming Soon page to be notified when the full RESET website launches, we collect the email address you provide, your first name (optional), whether you checked the consent box, and the timestamp of your submission. This data is used solely to send you a one-time notification once the full website goes live - it is not used for any other marketing purpose and is not shared with any third party beyond the processor described below.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by checking the consent checkbox before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting office@resetwellness.eu, which will result in deletion of your data.
Form submissions are processed and stored via Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), which acts as our data processor for this purpose under a data processing agreement. Your data is deleted no later than 30 days after the launch notification email is sent, or earlier upon your request.
5. Identity Audit (Netlify Forms / Resend)
Draft pending legal review - see the placeholder note above. This section additionally needs sign-off from someone qualified on GDPR Art. 9 (special category data) given the health-adjacent content described below, before this feature goes live.
If you complete the Identity Audit, we ask for your email address so we can send you a copy of your results. We collect: your email address, the status of both consent checkboxes described below, your domain scores, your identified pattern and Primary RESET area, and the submission timestamp.
Some Identity Audit questions relate to eating behavior, sleep, and rest, and a small number of answer combinations trigger a note suggesting professional support. Because this touches health-related information, we ask for two separate confirmations before you can submit: (1) general consent to process your email address and results in order to send them to you and to improve our offerings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and (2) a separate, explicit consent to our processing of your answers to the health-related questions for this same purpose (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). Both must be given; you may withdraw either at any time by contacting office@resetwellness.eu.
The open-text answers you write in your own words are used only to generate the one-time results email sent to you. They are not stored after that email is sent and are not included in the aggregated data described below.
Your email address, consent status, domain scores, pattern, and Primary RESET area are processed via Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) and Resend (Resend, Inc.), acting as our data processors for form storage and email delivery respectively, under data processing agreements. This data is deleted no later than 12 months after your submission, or earlier upon your request.
